Extractions
Extractions are performed when teeth are severely damaged, either by dental decay or periodontal disease, and have a hopeless prognosis. Dr. Frazier has been well trained to perform a wide range of surgical techniques, but generally performs only simply extractions using local anesthetic in her office. More complicated extractions, such as wisdom teeth or severely fractured teeth, are referred to an oral surgeon, so that the patient can opt for general anesthetic if preferred. |
