| Payment Options We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Financial Policy Dr. Frazier has always maintained reasonable and competitive fees for the excellent quality of care provided. Our relationship is with you, not with an insurance company. We understand that patients want to maximize their insurance benefits, and Sheila and Dr. Frazier strive to help you meet that goal. As a courtesy we will file your insurance claim and await payment for a portion of the bill. We request that you pay your estimated co-payment at the time of service. For any procedure costing $250 or less, we ask that you pay the full fee directly, and we will then file your claim. The insurance company will pay you directly. Using electronic claims, we have the capability of submitting your treatment claim immediately to the insurance companies which facilitate quick reimbursement of your claim. We are not a preferred provider for insurance companies, but Dr. Frazier is confident that she will help you save money by timely preventative care coupled with her conservative dental treatment philosophy. |
